Corporate Photoshoot Step by Step

At the stage of purchasing a package, details such as the preferred date and time of the shoot are clarified.

Photoshoot Schedule

If you order the shoot online, I will contact you as soon as possible. It is always more efficient to plan the photoshoot in advance, ideally at least one week ahead. I recommend selecting a few photos from the portfolio to better understand your preferences.

Makeup and Hairstyle

I always bring blotting papers to the shoot to ensure you look great in the photos. I do not provide full makeup/hairstyling for corporate shoots and suggest clients come prepared. If you would like to use a makeup artist or hairstylist, please contact me and I will arrange these services for you.

Clothing for the Shoot

Please make sure your clothes are ironed and clean. If the clothes are new, try them on before the shoot to ensure everything fits perfectly. Make the final decision on the clothing style for your employees a few days before the shoot. Pay attention to details such as company accessories, ties, and so on.

Background Color

If you already have a specific website style you would like to replicate, let me know so I can prepare the necessary equipment. On the other hand, if you are unsure about the background/style of the portraits, I will gladly consult with you and help you make the final decision.

Reminder

Please send a reminder to your colleagues/employees, asking them to prepare and get a good night’s sleep before the shoot.

Arrival Time

I always arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up equipment and start shooting on time. Please provide information in advance about access to the building where your office is located.

Convenient Location in Your Office

Prepare a space for the shoot. Don’t worry about natural light, as I have flash units. I don’t need much space and can set up even in a hallway. However, it’s always better to have more space for comfortable work, so your team members can feel more relaxed during the shoot.

Test Photos

Before starting the shoot, a series of test photos are taken to ensure the final images meet your expectations.

Final Photo Selection

A computer is always present at the shoot. We connect the camera and review the photos in real-time to make sure you like the shot, and I can mark it for retouching. Alternatively, after the shoot, you will receive an archive of the photos and can make your selection at your convenience, sending only the numbers of the photos you like.

Photo Editing Process

Retouching services include making necessary adjustments to skin texture, removing any blemishes, whitening teeth by a few shades, editing hair, clothing, body sculpting (if needed), background correction, and other changes. Corrections are discussed before the shoot in writing. If these photos are intended for your corporate website, direct collaboration with your web designer is possible to ensure all requirements are met.

Extra Options

I am always ready to provide additional options, such as detailed and group shots, which you can use as marketing materials. Just let me know before the shoot so I can prepare the necessary equipment.

Delivery Time of Finished Material

The comfortable delivery time for finished photos is up to 7 working days, but I can try to reduce this period if you have a tight deadline. There is no extra charge for this service. Images are provided as a link to a private cloud gallery.
