Business Sessions Step by Step

At the stage of booking a selected package, we clarify the details, including the preferred date and time of the session.

Photo session schedule

If you book a session online, I will contact you as soon as possible. In practice, it is usually more effective to plan a photo session in advance, ideally at least one week ahead. I recommend selecting a few images on this website in advance to better communicate your preferences.

Make-up and hair

I always bring blotting papers to ensure you look your best in the photos. I do not provide make-up or hair styling for corporate sessions and recommend that clients arrive prepared. If you would like to use the services of a professional make-up artist or hair stylist, please contact me in advance and I will help arrange these services.

Clothing for the photo session

Please make sure that clothing is clean and neatly pressed. If the outfits are new, it is recommended to try them on before the session to ensure a proper fit. A few days before the shoot, it is advisable to make final decisions regarding the visual style of your team. Attention to details such as accessories, ties, or visible branding is also recommended.

Background сolor

If you already have a defined website style that you would like to reflect in the portraits, please let me know in advance so I can prepare the appropriate equipment.

If you are not yet certain about the background or portrait style, I will be happy to advise and help you make a final decision

Reminder

Please remember to inform your colleagues or employees about the session and ask them to prepare accordingly and get a good night’s rest before the shoot.

Arrival time

I always arrive in advance to set up the equipment and ensure the session starts on time.

Test shots

Before the main session begins, I take a series of test shots to ensure the setup meets your expectations.

Image selection

During the session, I regularly show selected images on the camera screen so you can see how the photos look in real time. This allows for small adjustments or changes in direction during posing.

After the session, an archive of images will be sent, and the final selection can be made in a relaxed atmosphere.

Post-production process

Retouching services include necessary skin texture adjustments, removal of minor imperfections, subtle teeth whitening, hair and clothing editing, body shaping if required, background corrections, and other adjustments.

The scope of retouching is agreed in writing before the images are finalized. If you plan to use the photos on your company website, I can also collaborate directly with your web designer to ensure visual consistency.

Additional options

Additional options such as detailed shots or group photos for marketing use are available upon request. Please inform me in advance so that the necessary equipment can be prepared.

Delivery of final images

A comfortable timeframe for delivering final images is up to 7 business days. If you have a specific deadline, I can try to shorten this timeframe where possible. No additional fee is charged for this. The final images are delivered via a private online gallery.
